Healthcare professionals have estimated that 44% of the adult population struggles with hypertension, most of whom have no idea.
The Civil Society Organizations, along with the Ministry of Health, promoted adopting a healthier diet, physical activities, and mental care to enhance heart health and lower blood pressure levels.
